Why Glinda R. Shultz chose East Boulder

My home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, and in the mornings you can enjoy your coffee on the back deck and listen to the birds. Beautiful Location and Centrally located, walking distance to several Restaurants, Grocery Stores & Coffee Shops. The house is very close to CU Campus, the new Google Office on 30th & Pearl. They are all about a 10-15 min walk, or If you choose to walk to The Pearl Street Mall it is about 15-25 min walk along the Boulder Creek.

What makes our house unique

Pet and kid friendly! No Rental Car Expenses! Biking and Walking along the Boulder Bike Path, to get to wherever you want. The Pearl Street Mall, Restaurants and the new 29th Street Mall. Any activities or games at the CU Campus is just minutes away. Less than a 10-minute walk. Scott Carpenter Park is next door with a brand new public pool. We get a lot of people who come to Colorado to train and the Iron Man is held in Boulder.
